Intro:
Every industrial site is scoped individually, since a cold store, a joinery factory and a parcel distribution centre have almost nothing in common except floor area. Below is the framework we build from.
Warehouse Floors
Machine scrubbed with ride on or walk behind units depending on floor size and access. Debris, dust, packaging fragments and strapping removed first. Tyre marks, scuffs and forklift rubber lifted from concrete. Oil, grease and hydraulic spills degreased. Line marking and pedestrian walkways cleaned so they stay visible, which is a genuine safety issue rather than a presentation one.
Racking and Shelving
Uprights, beams, cross members and shelf surfaces cleaned of settled dust. Cleaned in sections around stock movement so pick faces stay operational. Pallet racking cleaned at accessible levels, with high level work carried out using appropriate access equipment.
High Level Dusting
Roof steelwork, purlins, trusses, beams, ductwork, pipework, sprinkler lines, light fittings and cable trays. This is the work most sites postpone for years, and it is usually where the dust that keeps resettling on your floor is coming from.
Loading Docks and Dock Areas
Dock floors scrubbed and degreased. Dock levellers, edges, bumpers and door tracks cleaned. Roller door channels cleared of debris. External apron and approach areas swept or pressure washed as required.
Amenities, Offices and Staff Areas
Site offices, lunchrooms, kitchens, locker rooms, toilets and showers cleaned to commercial standard. Benches, tables, appliance exteriors and high touch points sanitised. Consumables restocked where included in your contract. Floors vacuumed or mopped.
Machinery Surrounds and Production Areas
External surfaces of machinery, guarding, frames and surrounds cleaned. Floors around plant degreased and scrubbed. Work carried out around your maintenance and production schedule rather than through it.
Waste and Debris Clearance
Packaging, shrink wrap, strapping, broken pallets and general waste collected and taken to your compactor, skip or nominated waste point.
Available as Add-Ons
Internal and external window cleaning · Pressure washing of external walls, aprons and hardstand · Car park sweeping and scrubbing · Floor sealing and line marking preparation · Cold room and chiller cleaning · Post fit out and construction cleaning · Bird proofing debris clearance · Periodic deep cleans scheduled quarterly or annually
High throughput sites with constant forklift movement. We work in zones around pick faces and dispatch so operations continue while cleaning progresses.
Corridors, unit exteriors, loading areas, lifts and amenities cleaned on a regular schedule so the site presents well to walk in customers.
Production floors, machinery surrounds, amenities and offices cleaned around shift patterns and scheduled maintenance windows.
Warehouses Cleaned with product selection appropriate to food handling environments, scheduled around temperature requirements and stock movement.
Dock areas, hardstand, wash bays, driver amenities and offices cleaned including heavy degreasing where required.
Mechanical workshops, joinery shops, fabrication facilities and service centres, where oil, sawdust and metal filings need methods a general cleaner does not carry.
Post construction cleaning before occupation, including builders dust removal, floor scrubbing and high level clearance. See our Construction Cleaning page.
Full clean down before handing a facility back, covering floors, racking, high level areas, amenities and external hardstand to meet make good obligations.
Send us your approximate floor area, ceiling height and site type. For larger facilities we'll attend site at no cost and quote against what's actually there.
Machine selection matched to floor area and aisle width. Large open floors get ride on units, tight racking runs get walk behind machines that can actually reach where the dust sits.
High capacity units built for concrete dust, packaging debris and fine particulate, rather than domestic vacuums that clog within minutes on an industrial floor.
Extension pole systems and appropriate access equipment for roof steel, ductwork, sprinkler lines and upper racking levels. High level work is planned rather than improvised.
Correct chemical selection for oil, grease, hydraulic fluid and rubber marking, applied with attention to floor sealant and coating compatibility so the concrete is not damaged.
Sites that cannot stop are cleaned in sections. We work the areas that are free, then rotate as operations move, which keeps productivity intact and avoids a shutdown you cannot afford.
Our crews understand forklift traffic, exclusion zones, wet floor management, site inductions and working alongside operational staff. Cleaning should never become the reason for an incident report.
Industrial quotes based on a phone call are almost always wrong. We attend site, measure the work and quote against reality, so the figure you approve is the figure you pay.
Crew size and machinery are matched to floor area and deadline. If your site needs six people and two scrubbers to finish overnight, that is what turns up.
Overnight shifts, weekends, shutdown periods and public holidays. Most of our industrial work happens when the floor is clear and the forklifts are parked.
Ongoing scheduled service, or a single major clean down to reset a site that has been neglected for years. Many clients start with the second and move into the first.
A written scope listing every task and frequency, with a fixed figure attached. Variations are quoted and approved before any additional work happens.
Facilities in several states can run under one agreement, one contact and one consolidated invoice, with the same standard applied at each location.
Call 0452 158 004 or submit the form with your site type, approximate floor area and current condition. For larger facilities we attend site to assess floor condition, ceiling height, racking layout, access and operating hours.
You receive an itemised scope covering floors, racking, high level areas, docks and amenities, with frequency and price attached to each. Nothing left open to interpretation later.
We agree shifts, access arrangements, site induction requirements and any exclusion zones before the first clean, so day one runs like day fifty.
Cleaning runs to schedule with periodic quality inspections. Scope is reviewed as stock levels, shift patterns or site usage change.
