Carried out while trades are still on site, usually after framing, plastering or before flooring goes down. We remove offcuts, packaging, timber scraps, plasterboard waste and general debris. Floors are swept and vacuumed of coarse dust. Access ways, stairwells and entries are cleared so the site stays safe and the next trade can work. This stage protects your program more than your presentation.
The heavy clean. Fine construction dust is removed from every surface, including ceilings, walls, ledges, ductwork and light fittings. Windows are cleaned inside and out, with stickers, paint spots and glue residue removed from glass and frames. Paint splatter, adhesive, silicone smears and render marks are removed from floors, tiles, benchtops and fixtures. Cabinetry is cleaned inside and out. Bathrooms and kitchens are fully detailed. Floors are vacuumed, mopped or scrubbed depending on surface.
The polish. Carried out right before client walkthrough, settlement, opening or photography, ideally after all trades have completely finished. Every surface is re-wiped to remove settled dust. Glass, mirrors and stainless steel are brought to a streak-free finish. Skirting boards, door tracks, window channels, tap ware and switch plates are detailed. This is the clean that decides whether your client's first impression is pride or a defect list.
Dust Removal Throughout
Ceilings, cornices, walls, ledges, beams, exposed services and air vents. Construction dust settles repeatedly, so we work top down and return to surfaces after airborne dust resettles.
Windows, Glass and Frames
Internal and external glass cleaned. Stickers, labels, paint overspray, silicone and glue residue removed. Window tracks, channels and sills cleared of dust and grit. Screens cleaned or replaced into position.
Floors
Debris removed, then vacuumed with commercial units. Hard floors mopped, scrubbed or machine cleaned. Grout haze, adhesive residue and paint spots removed. Timber, vinyl, tile and polished concrete each treated with the appropriate method to avoid damage.
Kitchens and Joinery
Cabinetry cleaned inside, outside and on top. Protective films removed. Benchtops cleaned and polished. Appliances cleaned inside and out, including ovens, rangehoods and dishwashers. Sinks and tapware polished. Handles and hinges wiped.
Bathrooms and Wet Areas
Grout haze removed from tiles. Silicone smears and adhesive residue cleared. Showers, screens, baths, basins and toilets fully cleaned and polished. Mirrors detailed streak-free. Tapware and fittings brought to finish.
Doors, Skirting and Detail Work
Door faces, edges, frames, jambs and hardware wiped. Skirting boards and architraves cleaned of dust and paint marks. Power points, switch plates and light fittings detailed. Handrails and balustrades cleaned.
Site Clearance
Remaining rubbish, packaging and offcuts collected and removed to your skip or nominated waste point. Removal from site can be arranged if required.
