Intro:
Every participant’s needs are different, so we agree a task list before the first visit and adjust it whenever something changes. Below is what a standard visit usually includes.
Kitchen
Benchtops, sinks and splashbacks cleaned and sanitised. Stovetop and rangehood exterior cleaned. Appliance exteriors wiped, including fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Cupboard fronts and handles wiped. Dishes washed or loaded into the dishwasher. Floors vacuumed and mopped. Bins emptied and liners replaced.
Bathrooms and Toilets
Showers, screens and tiles scrubbed to remove soap scum and mould marks. Baths, basins and vanities cleaned. Toilets sanitised inside and out. Mirrors cleaned. Floors mopped with disinfectant. Bathmats shaken out or laundered on request. Grab rails and shower chairs wiped, since these are used daily and often missed.
Bedrooms
Surfaces dusted, including bedside tables, sills and skirting boards. Beds made or linen changed on request. Floors vacuumed or mopped, including under and around the bed where accessible. Mirrors and glass cleaned.
Living Areas
Furniture and surfaces dusted. Carpets vacuumed including edges and under cushions. Hard floors vacuumed and mopped. Remote controls, switches and door handles wiped. Cobwebs removed. General tidying to your instructions.
Laundry Support
Washing loaded, hung out or transferred to the dryer, then folded and put away where requested. Laundry floor and surfaces cleaned. This is often the task that makes the biggest practical difference, so tell us if you’d like it included.
Throughout the Home
Doors, frames and handles wiped. Light switches and power points cleaned. Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout. Rubbish taken to the outside bin. Clear access maintained through hallways and walkways, which matters for anyone using a walker, frame or wheelchair.

Regular household cleaning support that keeps a home safe and manageable, so energy can go into the things that matter more than scrubbing a shower
Cleaning support that takes pressure off family members and carers, who are frequently doing far more than anyone counts.
Cleaning of bedrooms, shared kitchens, bathrooms, living areas and common spaces, scheduled around household routines and other supports.
We keep walkways clear, clean around mobility equipment carefully and pay attention to grab rails, shower chairs and transfer areas.
Fragrance free and low chemical products are available, and we can work quietly, avoid vacuuming at certain times, or work in a set order so visits are predictable.
Flexible scheduling that understands some days are harder than others. If a visit needs to be moved, tell us and we'll move it without making it difficult.
We work directly with coordinators and plan managers to set up ongoing services, confirm scheduling and provide clear invoicing for participant plans.
Tell us your suburb, your home size and how often you'd like support. We'll come back with a clear price and a task list you can adjust at any time.
The same cleaner wherever scheduling allows. Familiarity matters more in NDIS work than in any other service we provide, and we plan rosters around it rather than treating it as a bonus.
Rooms you'd rather we didn't enter, belongings you'd prefer we didn't touch, a particular order you like things done in. Tell us once and it goes into your notes.
We confirm visits in advance and let you know promptly if anything changes. If a cleaner is running late, you'll hear from us rather than wonder.
Our cleaners work at a pace that suits the household. Nobody is rushed, spoken over or treated as an obstacle in their own home.
Weekly, fortnightly, monthly or as needed. Visits can be rescheduled around appointments, hospital stays or difficult weeks without penalty or awkward conversations.
Needs change. Your task list can be updated at any time, and we'll suggest changes ourselves if we notice something in the home would benefit from more attention.
Plan Managed Participants
We invoice your plan manager directly. You provide the plan manager details, we handle the paperwork from there, and you don’t need to be involved in the billing at all.
Self Managed Participants
We invoice you directly with clear, itemised documentation that you can submit for reimbursement through the NDIS portal.
Agency Managed Participants
Arrangements differ depending on your plan and registration requirements. Call us and we’ll talk through what is possible in your situation rather than guessing on a website.
Private and Family Funded
Not everyone accessing cleaning support uses NDIS funding. Families, carers and private clients can book the same service directly.
A Note on Your Plan
Household cleaning support is generally funded under Core Supports as domestic assistance, though what is included depends on your individual plan and goals. Your support coordinator or plan manager can confirm what your plan covers. If you’re unsure, call us on 0452 158 004 and we’ll explain how our service typically fits so you can check it against your plan.
Healthcare cleaning is not office cleaning done more carefully. Our teams understand risk zoning, protocol sequencing and why the order of tasks matters as much as the tasks themselves.
Standards that slip between inspections create real risk in healthcare. We conduct periodic quality checks and act on findings rather than simply recording them.
Early mornings, evenings, overnight or weekends so patient appointments and clinical operations are never interrupted.
Our cleaners work around confidential information, patient records and vulnerable people. Discretion is treated as part of the job rather than an added courtesy.
A direct number and a person who knows your facility, rather than a ticket queue and a different answer each time.
A fixed figure for a documented scope. Additional work is quoted and approved before it happens.
Call 0452 158 004 or submit the form. Participants, family members, carers, support coordinators and plan managers are all welcome to make the first contact.
We discuss your home, the tasks that matter most, how often you'd like support, any access requirements and any preferences around products, timing or approach.
You receive a clear price and a written list of what each visit includes. Nothing is locked in permanently, and it can be changed whenever you need.
Your cleaner arrives at the agreed time, works through the task list and leaves your home clean, safe and comfortable. If anything isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it.
